TSC AGM for the 2025 year

You're invited to join us at the 2025 Annual General Meeting on Saturday, 21 March at the Rotary House, Taupo.

The AGM is an important opportunity to reflect on the past year, review our financial position, and look ahead to the future of the club. We encourage all members to attend and have their say.

Nominations for Committee Members

We are currently looking for Secretary, Works Officer and Club Captain. If you would like to nominate someone for one of these positions, please submit a Nomination Form to the Secretary no later than 4pm Monday 16 March.

Can't attend?

For those who can't join us in person but wish to vote, please submit a Proxy Form to the Secretary no later than 48 hours prior to the AGM.

There will also be an option to join online via Zoom. A link will be shared closer to the day.
