AGM 2019

The AGM  for the 2019 Financial year will be held at 3pm on 21 March 2020 at Rotary House,  Storey Place,  Taupo

The agenda, nomination and proxy forms and other public AGM details will be available on the Record page shortly.
The Annual General Meeting will have the same format as the last couple of years with the meeting starting at 3pm, followed by drinks and nibbles.

This is a must attend by all members as it is the committees wrap up and report back to the club members about the current and future standing of the club.
As you are all aware the club is run by a volunteer committee and they require your feedback and help to facilitate the smooth running of the club.

Thanks to Fish Taupo and Huka Falls River Cruise we will have fantastic door prizes like last year.
